Sam is a qualified business coach and emotional intelligence practitioner, Sam has nearly 20 years of experience as a senior negotiation consultant, advising international private and public sector clients. Originally a senior manager in manufacturing, engineering and the environmental side of oil and gas. He managed regional teams for 10 years, engaging with Blue Chip Oil and Gas companies, leading a number of successful £multi-million World Bank Tenders and turn-key projects. Sam has negotiated commercial deals in more than 20 countries up to C-suite level across Europe, Russia, Middle East and Asia – saving mangrove swamps and glacial tundra along the way.

Richard is an entrepreneur who’s been in business and navigating conflict from an early age. In the last 30 years he has held directorships and consulted for corporates and created and led multiple SME organisations. He has specialist experience in retail, media services, commercial strategy, and brand development and has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands.
Wayne has over 25 years’ experience working in the field of learning and development. He has worked across a number of businesses including large commercial corporations, charities, and start-ups.
As a learning professional he has worked extensively across the USA, EUROPE and APAC helping organisations to develop their people and improve performance.
Wayne’s story continued when he joined RS in 2019 as part of the Grass Roots Education Team. Today, his mission is simple: – To develop and nurture young talent to become both the leaders of the here and now, as well as the dynamic leaders for the future.
